Dr. Michalski has been engaged in various components of healthcare education and patient support for nearly a decade, including a doctoral dissertation on interprofessional education approaches in American healthcare. She has deep roots in maximizing productivity through individualized project management and integrating andragogical principles into education for adult audiences.

Across her career, she has led departments and divisions for academic institutions and nonprofit organizations as well as coached cooperate executives in areas of professional development, strategic planning, and project management. Dr. Michalski has also engaged in research on myriad topics related to best practices in education and patient care. Her track record of success is directly related to a passion for cultivating authentic relationships and a commitment to maintaining excellence in everything she touches.
