She partners with CEOs daily on the topics of strategy, operations, and executive talent recruitment and selection.  She has a track record of building profitable companies and efficient teams to support the boardroom.  She is currently the CEO and Managing Partner of Capital Innovators, which has managed the investments in over 170 different companies, generated over 2,000 jobs, and assisted in raising over $400MM in follow-on investments.  Judy is a board member at Enterprise Bank & Trust (NASDAQ: EFSC), the St Louis Science Center, Cortex (a globally top 5 ranked innovation district) and serves on several advisory committees including the Chancellor's Council at University of Missouri, St. Louis.  She graduated from Harvard Law School and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (cum laude) from Southern Methodist University.
